It will be the main direction of work for Haidian District in the new few years to arrange work centering on the construction of core zone of Zhongguancun national-level independent innovation demonstration zone. As the land and resources administration department, Haidian Branch of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources will actively cooperate with district government to fulfill all the tasks in core zone construction. First, in accordance with the new requirements of the state and Beijing Municipal Government for the function positioning of Haidian District, Haidian Branch will further compile a general plan of land utilization in Haidian District. Second, it will execute the 100 billion land reserve investment plan of Municipal government. Third, accelerate the collective land registration and solve land ownership dispute. Fourth, take effective measures to ensure the land supply for projects on improving people's well-being. Haidian Branch will implement the work through four "continues": 1. Continue to strengthen land administration according to relevant laws and regulations to guarantee the standardized and highly efficient land utilization for the construction of core zone of independent innovation demonstration zone; 2. Continue to reinforce law enforcement and inspection on land use in accordance with the requirements of the upper level leaders to guarantee the good land environment for the construction of the core zone; 3. Continue to conduct work strictly in accordance with the rights and duties the central and municipal governments have entitled the Branch to ensure the safe and prompt examination and approval of land use for the construction of the core zone; 4. Continue to intensify the internal administration of the Branch to make the administrative work more scientific, rational, regulated and efficient.
