Recently, Wei Chenglin, Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, took a team to Fengtai District for an investigation in respect of land reserve development and other related work. After listening to the reports on land reserve development and other situations of Fengtai District, the leaders of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources analyzed the situation detail by detail and proposed solutions for the issues of requisition-compensation balance, main body of primary land development and the involved green belt projects based on land use policy. They also expressed that they would fully support the construction of Fengtai District, especially stress the policy support to the construction of South City area, the Yongding River waterfront economic belt, indemnificatory housing, the renovation of key villages, as well as the construction of key projects of the district.   

　　Li Chaogang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Fengtai District, expressed his gratitude for the great support to Fengtai District provided by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. He stressed that Fengtai District will fully implement the instructions from the leaders of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, enhance land reserve development, implement South City action plan to promote the economic and social development of Fengtai District and achieve leap-forward development of Fengtai District.
