Recently, Li Chaogang Secretary of Party Committee of Fengtai District, and Cui Peng, Chief of Fengtai District investigated the land reserve development of related towns of Fengtai District. They listened to the reports on the township land reserve work, the progress of projects and the existing problems related proposals of solutions given by Fengtai Branch, and made the following important instructions on land reserve development in 2010: Lugouqiao Town is a key area for land reserve work of Fengtai, whose target should focus on speeding up urbanization and optimizing the urban environment; Changxindian Town should carry out in-depth research on the general planning and layout of the western river region, improve the quality and level of the constructions and drive the transformation of the surrounding environment and infrastructure construction in virtue of the opportunities brought by Garden Expo and Yongding River eco-development belt; Wangzuo Town should enhance land reserve efforts, maximize the release of land resources, accelerate the resettlement housing construction to achieve the year's target of more reservation and quick supply; Nanyuan Town should pay attention to protect immediate interests, long-term interests and develop common interests with unified understanding, planning, standard and action.

　　The investigation improved the cadres' understanding of land reserve at all levels, specified the core task of the land reserve work in future, which will further promote the smooth development of land reserve and rearrangement.
