With the launch of "Start Style Construction from Myself", all sections and departments of the Branch started to systemize the work procedures, check existing problems, work out remedial measures and write self-examination report on style construction corresponding to their positions, considering the "Beijing South City Action Plan" and "Two Belt, Four Areas" Construction of Fengtai District and in accordance with the work requirements of Fengtai Branch for the year 2010.

　　As the operating body, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Section actively carried out their work, promoting change in style, and set up "style construction" column in Fengtai Branch, calling on all staff to actively participate in grand discussions and contribute advices and ideas to the style construction of the Branch. At the same time, they also publicized the experiences of the units which implemented self-examination successfully on the Intranet of the Branch for study, communication and supervision, pushing the activity to a climax. The office put forward the specific work target of "improving quality and services" while implementing self-examination and self-check, developed key work plan and task decomposition program and defined the standard and time frame for the completion of each part of work; the Land Cadastre Section developed the "three musts" measures, namely "must go to the spot", "must do the work well" and "must verify the information accurately" and established a regular study system; the Land Coordination and Reservation Center formulated management measures such as enhancing the training, scientific management and improving systems to deal with heavy tasks.
