Recently, Xicheng Branch of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held a meeting on the deployment of work on registration of land use and issuance of certificates in 2010. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Wenquan, a vice researcher, and attended by all the staff in Land Cadastre Section and Registration Center. 

　　Zhang Wenquan put forward three requirements for the work of registration of land use and issuance of certificates: all staff in all sections and teams should adjust conditions and work with full passion and energy; grasp the favorable opportunities at the beginning of the year to think about and draw up a plan for the work of the year, constantly check and analyze the defects of the work, and explore new methods and modes to improve the work efficiency and enhance our work level; strengthen the control on the time limit for the handling of cases, conducting business strictly in accordance with the requirement on time limit.
