On the morning of March 24, the Shunyi District Party Committee and the District Government held the "10th Deployment and Mobilization Meeting of Shunyi District on the Demolishment of Illegal Constructions Detected with Satellite Pictures". The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chief Zhao Guiheng, and attended by over 160 persons, including Chief Liu Jian, secretary of the District Discipline Inspection Commission Xiao Yunzhu, standing committee member of the District Party Committee and Deputy Chief Li Yousheng, chiefs from the member institutions of the District's 10th Satellite Picture Law Enforcement Inspection Work Leadership Group, party committee secretaries, town mayors, deputy town majors responsible for land administration, land administration section chiefs from various townships, secretaries of villagers committee from 20 villages where the illegal land occupation is severe, as well as functionaries from law enforcement teams under branches of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, planning and construction commission.

　　On the meeting, Wang Junsheng, Deputy Director of Shunyi Branch firstly informed about the basic status of the preliminary verification for the 10th MLR (the Ministry of Land and Resources) Satellite Picture Law Enforcement Inspection in the District. Director Sun Guixiang then proposed specific opinions for implementing the demolishment of constructions on the illegally-used land involved in the 10th Satellite Picture Inspection, on the basis of analysis on the characteristics and causes of illegal land occupation discovered in the 10th MLR Satellite Picture Inspection. Zhou Tingjun, head of the City Administration Law Enforcement Team of the District, made specific explanations on the implementation procedures of demolishment related to illegal land use.

　　It was required on the meeting that the illegal construction demolishment work, following the 10th MLR Satellite Picture Inspection, should be started all roundly on the day. Various township governments are responsible for the specific organization and implementation work; the branches of the municipal bureaus of land and resources, public security, supervision, the city administration law enforcement team of the district and people's courts of the district should coordinated closely, to complete the demolishment involving illegal land use found during the District's 10th Satellite Picture Inspection by the end of March.

　　On the meeting, Chief Liu Jian and standing committee member of the District Party Committee and Deputy Chief Li Yousheng required various townships to further enhance understanding, take immediate action, tighten deadlines in the District's 10th satellite picture demolishment work, ensuring the demolishment of illegal constructions to be completed by the end of March.
