Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources Holds Whole-System Working Conference on Building a Fine Party Culture and Keeping its Organizations Clean

  On the morning of April 9th, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held whole-system working conference on building a fine Party culture and keeping its organizations clean. During the conference, the guidelines on building a fine Party culture and keeping its organizations clean, which were set forth at the third working conference on clean government of the State Council, at the working conference on clean government of the Municipal Government, as well as at the national land and resources system working conference, were studied. The progresses made in building a fine Party culture, keeping its organizations clean and anti-corruption, and the action plan for this year's tasks, were also summarized and made on the meeting.
  Wei Chenglin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Bureau, gave a speech at the conference, and brought forward the specific requirements for the work of building a fine Party culture and keeping its organizations clean in 2010, with regard to the present-day reality of anti-corruption and fostering a culture of clean government in land and resources field. He stressed that, the whole system should diligently follow the new thoughts and requirements formulated by the central and the municipal governments, truly recognize the situation the capital land and resources system is facing, and "shout, clap, to be alert"; we should uphold combining system with technology, promote the construction of a punishment and prevention system, and regulate people and affairs with systems; leaders and officials at various levels should foster the view considering probity as the bottom line and the base of safety, enhance the sense of urgency, crisis and responsibility, and make up their minds to concentrate on building a fine Party culture, keeping its organizations clean and fighting against corruption.
