Recently, the No. 17 Regiment under the Beijing Contingents of the People's Armed Police Force (PAP) applied to Haidian Office, during the course of general land registration, for the registration of a parcel which is under the jurisdiction of the No. 2 Station of Land and Resources under the Office. Upon the receipt of the land registration application, the No. 2 Station of Land and Resources has conducted a thorough investigation into the history, right origin and the boundaries of the parcel. Through inquiries and searches, the Station grasped the historical origin of the parcel and perfected materials for land right origin. Staffs of Haidian Office conducted investigations on the spot and at the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning and neighboring right holder institutions, and assist the Registration Center under the Municipal Bureau to make survey at the Villager's Committee of Haidian Xiangshu Village, determining the location and boundaries of the parcel with clear evidences.  By the way of closely relying on and fully utilizing relevant provisions of this time's general registration, the cadastral outcomes for the parcel was eventually formed, and thus enabling the acquisition of state-owned land use certificate.  In order to express gratitude to the work done by the No. 2 Station of Land and Resources under the Office, the PAP No. 17 Regiment presented to the Office a silk banner not only in recognition of the Office's work, but also as a spur to the Office. Staffs of the Office will be more studious in delving into relevant laws and regulations, more painstaking in dealing with various cases and more considerate in serving the society, truly putting all the practical achievements of the Scientific Outlook on Development into effect.
