The decentralization of urban population and the rectification of Tangjialing Area are two key projects among the work of the party committee as well as the government of the city. In order to complete the special task smoothly, Zhang Ji'an, Director of Haidian Office took a team of over ten people to Xicheng Office for exchange of work experiences. This exchange of work experiences on the special task has forcefully advanced the work of the two departments on the special task with more options of methods for work.
