On Aug. 15-16, 2011, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources held a training for drilling information check in Beijing. Section Chief of Department of Mineral Resources Reserves of the Ministry of Land and Resources Liu Bin, Material Geological Data Center Researcher Zhang Lihai were invited to give lectures on the training. Leaders from relevant departments and offices of the Bureau and heads and data management personnel from relevant technical supporting institutions such as Beijing Institute of Geological Survey and relevant geological survey institutions attended the training.
　　On the training, Liu Bin and leaders of the Bureau put forward requirements from different angles in respect of the significance, range of check, content of check, as well as way of check of this drilling information check. Researcher Zhang Lihai gave a detailed introduction to the drilling information check guide and data collection system. The training has achieved the expected effects.
　　It was required on the meeting that 1. Relevant geological survey institutions should lay great importance to the work, make work arrangement in accordance with the requirements of Geological Data Management Regulation (Decree of the State Council No. 349) and Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Carrying out Drilling Information Check (Guo Tu Zi Ting Fa No. [2011] 31), organize capable personnel to fully implement the work arrangement and accomplish task in a timely manner.

　　2. The technical supporting institutions should actively communicate with each geological survey institution, guaranteeing the normal process of drilling information check in the whole city.
