On August 25, Beijing Land and Resources Information "Twelve Five Year Plan" (BLRIP) passed the preliminary expert review. The review group was composed of experts from the Ministry of Land and Resources, Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Expert Advisory Committee of Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Beijing Municipal Bureau of State Security, Beijing Economic Information Center and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. BLRIP put forward a “321” strategy, namely the dynamic control of three types of resources, the development of two technical support systems of supervision and services, and the construction of a platform for management decision-making. The review group believed that the BLRIP shows the integration of land and resources management and information technology meets the requirements of information technology development of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and has a guiding significance in the construction of land resources information technology.
