From Oct. 14 to 20, 2011, at the requirements of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Joint Inspection Unit composed by experts from Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Recourses and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance did a special inspection at Beijing Cement Plant Co., Ltd., Shouyun Mining Co., Ltd., Shougang Mining Company and Beijing Haohua Energy Co., Ltd. on conservative and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources of the year 2010. The inspection focused on the mines with financial incentives and the demonstration projects with financial support.

The Joint Inspection Unit inspected the utilization of special funds and the matching of self-financing of the demonstration projects, evaluated the Research and Development Promotion (R&D Promotion) of utilization efficiency, resource inventory, technical process and equipment, and learnt about the utilization of the incentive funds on technological innovation and research and development, and the direct benefits and indirect benefits of the utilization of the incentive funds. The Joint Inspection Unit pointed out guiding suggestion on conservative and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
