Beijing Municipal Government Information Unit inspected information work of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources (2011)

  On Dec. 9, 2011, Beijing Municipal Government Information Unit inspected the information work of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources in the year 2011. The inspection team was led by Ding Xiao, Chief Planner and deputy head of the Leading Group of Government Information Office. Wei Chenglin, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources delivered an important speech. Regulation and Monitoring Service Department gave a report on 2011's information work of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources on behalf of the Leading Group of Government Information Office of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. The relevant departments gave supplementary statements. The inspection team did a careful examination on the government information services, publishing platform and business information. The inspection team agreed that the head of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources attaches great importance to government information work, the government information work is well-organized and the management is carefully standardized. The content and categorization of government information is significantly managed. As a result, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources is playing a leading role in the government information field in Beijing.
  Based on the field inspection, Chen Xi, Director of Beijing Municipal Government Information Unit, put forward the requirements for the following work. The future information work should:
  First, consolidate the achieved results of government information work, broaden the information disclosure channels, strengthen the media publication, and play positive guidance to the public with full utilization of new medial;
  Second, improve the newly revised directory outline, the inspection and management, carefully implement the plan, enhance the active promotion, and gradually reduce the number of government information in accordance with public applications.
  Third, continuously strengthen the system construction, strengthen the sense of service, enhance the active services, and respect the clients.
