On Dec. 12, 2011, led by Ji Lin, member of Beijing Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor of Beijing, Beijing Clean and Honest Administration Inspection Team inspected Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Recourses on the implementation of the responsibility system and the promotion of the punishment and prevention system.
　　The inspection meeting was presided over by Zhou Yuqiu, head of the inspection team, Party Secretary and Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People's Government of Beijing Municipality (SASAC). The information center of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources gave a presentation on the construction of the platform for consolidated supervision of land and resources. Zhang Guoyu, Party secretary of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, reported on the implementation of the responsibility system and the promotion of the punishment and prevention system. Wei Chenglin, Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources added to the report.
　　Ji Lin made an important speech after listening to briefings. He fully affirmed the work of the bureau and pointed out the prominent achievements of the bureau. Firstly, strengthening basic management has made land management more sophisticated and scientific. Secondly, land bank has achieved good results by increasing government regulation of land market. Thirdly, adjustment of land supply structure has promoted the construction of affordable housing and other livelihood problems. Fourthly, the efficiency and level of services has been improved. At the meantime, the construction of a clean and honest government of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources has achieved new developments. Firstly, the responsibility system has been implemented. Secondly, the construction of a clean and honest government has been promoted from the perspective of management system reform. Thirdly, the construction of a clean and honest government has been enhanced by means of modern information technology. Fourthly, the active participation of social forces has been applied.
　　In his speech, Ji Lin required that Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources should further strengthen the responsibility system. Firstly, sense of responsibility and consciousness should be promoted by accurately grasping the situation and tasks. Secondly, construction of corruption punishment and prevention system should be pushed forward by strictly implementing the responsibility system. Thirdly, new development of corruption prevention should be developed by further promoting the management of independent risk control.
　　Zhou Yuqiu stressed that Ji Lin's speech should be carefully learned and implemented in accordance with the future construction of a clean and honest government. The inspection team will give feedback and results to this special inspection, the survey of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, and the administrative review. The inspection team required that the bureau should carefully implement the rectification according to the feedback.
　　After the meeting, the inspection team did a review on the documents, held a seminar of party members, and listened to the evaluation of the construction of a clean and honest government of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources related departments and units.
　　Ma Yanjun and Pang Jianguo, members of Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, Yang Yizheng, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Supervision Bureau, and all members of the leadership team of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources attended the inspection meeting.
