According to Notification of the Ministry of Land and Resources on the Second Batch of National Green Mining Pilot Units (No.8, 2012), Da'anshan Coal Mine of Beijing Beijing Haohua Energy Co., Ltd. and other four units recommended by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources have been evaluated and approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources as the second batch of national green mining pilot units.
　　There are altogether 38 solid mines in Beijing, four of which were listed into the first batch of national green mining pilot units in 2011. All the solid mines are planned to reach the green mine standards in the coming years, to enhance the exploration and utilization of the mineral resources, to promote the social and economic development, and to advance the coordinated development of ecology and environment. The goal is to gradually achieve intensified utilization of resources, scientific mining methods, environmental friendly production process, standardized enterprise management and ecology of closure mining area.
