BMBLR's Government Information Disclosure Leading Group Office held the 2012 Government Information Disclosure Training Session in Beijing International Convention Center from 25 to 26 June 2012. DING Xiao, vice chair of BMBLR Government Information Disclosure Leading Group Office and chief planner attended the training session and delivered the mobilization deployment. WANG Bing, head of BMBLR Government Information Disclosure Leading Group Office member units and deputy chief planner, deputy chief planner DING Shihua, GAO Yingjun, Director of BMBLR General Office, together with more than 100 heads and staff from BMBLR's divisions or offices, units directly affiliated to BMBLR, and 17 districts and counties attended the meeting.

　　MAO Donglin, Investigator of the Government Information Disclosure Office of the General Office of Ministry of Land and Resources, and SONG Guojin, Deputy Director of the Government Information Disclosure Office of Beijing Municipality were invited to the meeting to lecture on the current status, specific working standards and requirements concerning the government information disclosure. BMBLR's Legal Affairs, Control and Supervision and Information Center delivered their expertise on how BMBLR can best carry out the government information disclosure work from the perspective of laws and regulations, practical operations and technical support respectively. Participants said that thee training was very successful, the explanation and instructions of the experts were very practical and helpful with solution to specific problems.
　　Finally, WANG Bing, Director of BMBLR's Government Information Disclosure Leading Group Office concluded the meeting and deployed what was to be done in the next stage with Government Information Disclosure work. He requested that 1) All units consistently implement the Government Information Disclosure work with the fundamental requirement of "Disclosure as the Principle, Non-Disclosure as the Exception," 2) work must be done according to procedures, and communication and coordination should be further enhanced at work; 3) all units must conscientiously study the BMBLR Government Information Disclosure Specifications (Draft Version) issued from this training, take the training as an opportunity to strengthen organization construction, talents cultivation, so as to form a set of standard and ordered managerial mechanism and work flow; 4) BMBLR's Government Information Disclosure Leading Group Office should enhance inspection and guidance over district and county level bureaus, boost BMBLR Government Information Disclosure, and make it more institutional and standardized, exerting a positive role in building a legal government, a sunny government, and a transparent government.
