BMBLR Civil Servants Evaluation System Online

  Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources (BMBLR) Civil Servants Evaluation Management System was put online in July 2012, which signified that the evaluation of civil servants with BMBLR at normal times officially started.

  With concern of best results, BMBLR has specially developed the Civil Servants Evaluation Management System. On 4 July, the HR Division, in collaboration with Information Center, held the "BMBLR Civil Servants Evaluation Training Deployment Meeting," introducing the Civil Servants Evaluation System to the staff and deploying the normal-time evaluation working mechanism.

  At the meeting, WANG Cuijie, Head of HR Division, proposed three requirements. First, high attention should be attached to this work. Exert the role that evaluation plays in stimulating and restraining work of staff, and realize a transition from an extensive management to a fine management, qualitative management to quantitative management. Second, in combination of the "three decisions," division adjustment and a refined responsibility of leaders should be defined; responsibilities that go with each post should be defined, and carry out well the evaluation work so as to best utilize the staff on hand and improve their work efficiency. Thirdly, the evaluation should be objective and fair, and be treated with a serious and conscientious attitude.
