To advance the important decision making tasks and the key reform missions of the City Government, BMBLR's Division of Control and Supervision, in collaboration with relevant peer divisions and offices, held a work promotion meeting on 2 July 2012. All parties at the meeting debriefed their current work status, brought forward their problems, and discussed prospective measures for subsequent work. The meeting was presided over by Mr. WANG Bing.

　　DING Xiao, Chief Planner of BMBLR attended the meeting and made the following three requirements. One, tasks should be defined with responsibilities clearly divided and who were exactly to be responsible. Second, issues that were of policy uncertain nature, divisions and offices could present your requirements, BMBLR would communicate with relevant Sections and Bureaus of the Ministry of Land and Resources. Thirdly, communication and coordination between BMBLR divisions should be enhanced, including communication and coordination internally within the system and that between commissions, offices and bureaus.

　　In 2012, 22 important tasks fall under the responsibility of BMBLR. Taking off the repetitive contents, 14 were left, involving 8 Divisions. From the debriefing, all divisions and offices are implementing seriously, against the BMBLR Task Division Scheme, the already made plan, enhancing coordination and cooperation, pushing forward the work while at the same time communication and coordination with relevant commissions, offices and bureaus were also enhanced.
