After making survey of collective construction land in Xiaotang-shan Town, the Planning Center,of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources consolidated the survey results of collectively-owned land and filled in the vacancy of collective construction land in shallow mountainous areas, made the survey of the same kind in Nankou Town. Thanks to the strong support from its Changping Chapter and Nankou Town Government, during Oct 30 to Nov 5, the survey team divided into three squads and conducted onsite surveys on 278 operating collective construction land plots in 29 administrative villages in Nankou Town.
To highlight the focal points in the survey, optimize the survey contents and improve the survey efficiency, the survey team, considering the characteristics and realities of villages in Nankou Town, divided the 29 administrative villages into three areas, namely, old town area, new community area and shallow mountainous areas. Through onsite survey, the team collected the firsthand data and cases of collective construction land plots in these three areas. By adopting the science-based, efficient and thrifty working model, the team has pushed forward the policy study of collective construction land.
