On November 11, Major Projects Office of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources practiced the mass line campaign and made active service by organizing the meeting to coordinate the land right registration for relevant SOEs. The Member Organ Locality Division, Land Use Division, Control Division of Major Projects Office of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, and Xicheng Branch, Chaoyang Branch, Shijingshan Branch, Tongzhou Branch, Tongzhou Branch, Beijing Power Corporation, Water Supply Group, Public Transport Corporation, CNPC, Longtai Group and Xinxing Hongqi Co., Ltd. sent their representatives to the meeting.
　　The meeting was targeted at the power, public transport, water supply, CNPC Shaanxi-Beijing Three Line Project that are closely related to people's livelihood such as atmosphere harnessing. The Major Projects Office, in the principle of solving easier problems before the difficult ones, has registered and issued the land-right certificates for the enterprises. At this meeting, based on full communications with the chapters, was designed to solve the problem of expired certificates held by enterprises that made the application impossible. After making the study, the meeting demanded the chapters should sort out the basic information and proposed that the Major Projects Office would organize the meeting attended by relevant government agencies to discuss about how to solve the problems faced by the enterprises left over from the past.
　　Vice Chief Planner Wang Bing made a conclusion speech at the meeting and conveyed Director-General Wei Chenglin's requirements for all the operating staff in the Bureau. He required that the operating staff should not just give the pass or failure reply to the applications. Instead, they should point out the bottlenecks faced by the applicants and make rational proposals on these bottleneck problems so that the applicants can finalize the formalities as soon as possible. The ultimate purpose is to build closer contacts with and serve the people. The Major Projects Office proposed that the relevant project owners should make full communications with the chapters to improve the efficiency of coordinating meetings organized by the Major Projects Office, so as to help enterprises solve their problems more effectively.
