In accordance with the principles set at the Awarding Ceremony of 2nd-session Model District (County) of Land and Resources and the requirements raised by the Ministry of Land and Resources, Establishment Office at the 3rd-session training program, and to facilitate Beijing's efforts to develop 3rd-session model districts/counties in intensive use of land and resources in Beijing, the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, Establishment Office, on November 13, 2013, organized the meeting to mobilize the efforts to develop the 3rd-session model district/county in this regard. Principals of relevant units like Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, General Office, Control and Monitoring Division, Personnel Division, Party Affairs Committee, Law Enforcement General Squad, Finance Division and Establishment Offices of district/county branches attended the meeting.
　　At the meeting, the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, Establishment Office reported about the progress made in Beijing in developing 3rd-session model districts/counties. At the same time, the Establishment Office, considering the new indicator system, analyzed the initial evaluation results of Beijing districts and counties and their potential. In the end, the Establishment Office proposed the plan for the next step. The participating principals of member organs in the Establishment Offices of the Municipal Bureau agreed on the following tasks in this regard and made specific proposals on the work.
　　Before conclusion, Executive Vice Director Wang Bing of the Establishment Office of the Municipal Bureau gave the following opinions. First, saving resources is a major task in the economic and social development for districts and counties and the establishment work appraises the actual performance of district and county governments. The district and county branches should strengthen the communications and coordination with district and county governments to improve their emphasis on the work while getting all kinds of support and security; second, the Establishment Offices of districts and counties should consolidate the fundamental work of establishment, carefully verify the data and measuring methods to ensure the basic work is accurate; third, districts and counties should peg the establishment work to the track-down of illegal land use, decreased construction land use per GDP unit and other state land resources management to improve the efficiency of using state land and resources and promote sustainable development.
