As required by the work meeting on November 13 about registering and granting certificates to rural collective-owned construction land plots in Beijing, Mentougou Chapter of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources gave great emphasis on the work and made great efforts to ensure all related work is done. In accordance with the newly-released statistical book, Mentougou Chapter sorted out the general information of each plot and identified 277 collective construction land plots without legal land-use formalities, which are qualified for registration. In accordance with Guiding Proposals on Registering and Granting Certificates to Rural Collective Construction Land Plots in Beijing, the second batches of 277 collective construction land plots have been submitted to the District Government for approval. After the land-use right of the above-mentioned plots is approved, 53.5% of collective construction land plots in our district will have been registered and received the land-use certificates
