On November 21, Beijing traded another 4 residential land plots, which meant another piece of land of 243,000 square meters had been supplied for owner-occupied commercial housing. Till today, of all the traded residential land plots, 1.42 million square meters can be used to develop owner-occupied commercial housing.
　　Of all the land plots being traded today, there are 3 plots of owner-occupied commercial housing, whose construction space will reach about 590,000 square meters. These projects will be traded before the end of December this year. Besides, another two plots are traded in the form of "limiting land price and auctioning for owner-occupied commercial housing area". Nowadays, about 210,000 square meters of owner-occupied commercial housing are being traded, which might result in some owner-occupied commercial housing area. By the end of the year, the total supply of owner-occupied commercial housing will exceed 2 million square meters.
