On December 5, 2013, Li Jun, deputy director of Beijing Municipal Special Action Commanding Office of Severely Cracking-down Illegal Land Utilization and Illegal Construction and our Bureau led a team to supervise special projects in Chaoyang District. Deputy director Li Jun and general leader Yang Hongfan of General Law Enforcement Team attended a docking meeting in Chaoyang District Government after inspecting the quarterly newly increasing illegal land utilization discovered through satellite photos. Deputy director Wang Chun of Chaoyang District Government and personnel concerned from relevant departments, Chaoyang Planning Branch and Land and Resources Branch attended the meeting.
　　Deputy director Li Jun pointed out that Chaoyang District paid high attention to the "Special Action of Cracking down Two Illegal Activities". Wang Chun, the district chief in charge, commanded at the front line 11 times in person. Due to the most unprecedentedly powerful strength; they obtained significant achievements, and ranked first in tear-down and write-off areas in Beijing. However, according to the satellite photos of quarterly land, Chaoyang District still faces a great deal of pressure to control illegality, which requires to accelerate the timely treatment and to realize with efforts the objective of "Zero growth" proposed by the municipal government.
　　Deputy director Wang Chun of Chaoyang District expressed that the district Party committee and district government will further adopt a high-pressure measure to the illegal land utilization and illegal construction. The district leaders have required the street committees and townships to confirm and report the 3rd-quarter satellite photos to the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and tear down the illegal construction as scheduled. At present, the district is organizing to check the potential dangers on a large scale and will focus on tearing down another group of illegal buildings. For the specific projects discovered by the supervision team, the district should check and rectify them as soon as possible and specifically reply one by one.
