Not long ago, several farmland protection organizations (including Daxing District Xihongmen Township Government, Financial Office, Daxing Branch of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, Beijing Office of China Banking Regulator Commission, Beijing Branch of China Construction Bank, Beijing Branch of China Development Bank, relevant project investors, etc) held a special symposium with respect to collective construction land of Xihongmen Town, Daxing District, transfer and mortgage of houses on such land.
At the symposium, relevant entities introduced the progress information about urban-rural integration reconstruction pilot of Xihongmen Town, Daxing District, and about mortgage and financing problems of the collective construction land and houses on such land. All participants carefully analyzed these problems and held expensive discussion according to the applicable national systems, laws & regulations, policies, practices, etc.
Next, in the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and based on work schedule of Beijing City, appropriate policies and measures will be further researched and sought in light of special survey of use and management of rural collective construction land, so as to prompt the urban-rural integration reconstruction of Xihongmen Town and Jiugong Town, Daxing District.
