On March 13, Ding Xiao, Chief Planner, hosted the coordination meeting for land ownership registration and certification of the Bus Group and other state-owned public service companies to promote the coordination of land ownership registration and certification for Beijing Bus Group, Water Supply Group and Power Supply Company. The person-in-charge of the Major Project Office, Cadastre Division, Utilization Division, and Utilization Section, Cadastre Section and Registration Center of relevant sub-bureaus attended the meeting.

In the meeting, solutions were discussed to deal with issues in certification of land ownership of Bus Group, and units in charge were required to timely provide feedback. The Cadastre Division and Utilization Division were expected to summarize the comments and develop directive documents as soon as possible. Water Supply Group and Power Supply Company focused on solutions to specific issues based on the previous experience.

Ding Xiao, Chief Planner, made the following instructions: Bus Group and the Major Project Office of the Bureau should establish the same operating and communication mechanism as those of Power Supply Company and Water Supply Group to implement relevant works; Power Supply Company and Water Supply Group should find the historical data about land ownership registration for missing and outdated documents; the Bureau should issue applicable documents for outstanding historical issues at proper time, and actively and regularly hold the coordination meeting with the Development and Reform Committee and the Planning Authority to help enterprise resolve the issues in land ownership certification.
