On March 26, two residential land transactions succeeded at the land market of Beijing Municipality, with the total land area of 42.62 hectares, the construction scale of about 445,700 m2, and the total transaction price of about 3.472 billion yuan, increasing indemnificatory housing of 172,100 m2 and owner-occupied commercial housing of 19,000 m2 based on construction and competitive building.
So far in 2014, the constructible commercial housing has reached 1,750,000 m2, i.e., nearly 18,200 suites for the transacted residential land.
