Two resident land lots were traded at Beijing land transaction market on July 17, 2014. So far, about 444 hectare of residential land has been desalted at the land transaction market in 2014 and the building scale reached 6.19 million square meters, including about 1.01-million-m² affordable housing which would provide nearly 14,000 sets of residential housings and about 2.28-million-m² home-based commercial housing which would provide nearly 24,200 sets of residential housings.
