On June 30 and July 16, 2014, Ding Xiao, Chief Planner of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources had held two special meetings on land for endowment facilities. At the meeting, Ding Xiao, Chief Planner, had made a full deployment for vigorously promoting endowment facilities land supply work: First, the control and monitoring section of the bureau took the lead to coordinate all departments to continue to strengthen the efforts, accelerate the endowment facilities land supply, further improve the way of land supply, accelerate the introduction of social funds to construct endowment facilities, concentrate the effort on vitalizing reserved construction land, refine land supply policies and strive for a breakthrough in endowment facilities land supply work within the year. Second, the utilization section and cultivated land protection section of the bureau studied the detailed land supply rules and regulations of state-owned and collective land for endowment facilities construction, especially studying feasible land supply and post-approval supervision policies in terms of planning layout, construction standards, property right management and withdrawal mechanism. Third, all branches of the bureau in districts and counties comprehensively combed through reserved land and new land projects for endowment facilities construction and identified endowment facilities construction land supply tasks of all districts and counties.
