To implement the spirit, instructions and requirements on land supply for endowment facilities construction of the leadership of the municipal government and the bureau, on July 11, 2014, Wang Bin, Deputy Chief Planner of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, organized people in charge from Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning, Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning and Design, Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and other related units to hold a forum on land supply for endowment facilities. They focused on studying trace scheduling and projects for coordinating and promoting reserved land to be used for endowment facilities construction, and adjusting and planning key projects teased out from reserved lands for endowment construction. On July 18 and 22 respectively, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning, Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and other related departments were organized to investigate Shougang Yinai Endowment Project (Fengtai District), Capital Agribusiness Group Xijiao Farm Endowment Project (Baijiatuan of Haidian District) and Beijing Baiwang Nursing Home Project (Xibeiwang Catholic Cemetery in Haidian District) and each unit gave advice and suggestions on speeding up the promotion measures of projects. On the basis of intensive study, comprehensive review and emphasis research, on July 31, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning, Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and other related departments were organized again to hold a forum on feasibility and promotion measures of key projects, identify a batch of key projects of endowment facilities construction by vitalizing stock advantage, analyze and study main problems of projects, carry out the division of responsibilities for key promotion and select projects to be adjusted and planned for endowment construction from a part of first grade development projects. It was under consultation with Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning to adjust a part of plans as soon as possible, complete relevant procedures and strive for arranging a part of project to go through the land market supply orderly as soon as possible.
