On Sept 25, 2014, a team from Beijing Bureau of State Land Supervision, led by Yu Mingke, the deputy commissioner, came to Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources for survey on application of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech as well as issues related to land use. The team was accompanied by Ding Xiao (member of the leading Party group of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, chief planner) and Wang Bing (deputy chief planner), and the survey also involved leaders in charge from related divisions and offices.

First, Ding Xiao gave the team members a warm welcome, expressed thanks to persistent care and support given by Beijing Bureau of State Land Supervision, and introduced Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources.

Afterwards, Wang Bing introduced our application of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech as well as land and resources use management. Targeting the coordinated development among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and enhancement of land and resources management, the team members deeply communicated, exchanged views and reached consensuses with leaders in charge from related divisions and offices.

Finally, Yu Mingke spoke highly of our work, and recognized our far sight, deep thinking and quick actions against the coordinated development among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. As he emphasized, the coordinated development not only concerns the province and the 2 municipalities, but also plays a leading and demonstrative role in the country; Beijing Bureau of State Land Supervision should enhance communication with state land administrations in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to jointly study and innovate systems and mechanisms for land use management and push the coordinated development.
