According to the Opinions on Executing the Strategy of Safety Development and Pushing Building of a Harmonious and Livable Capital issued by the municipal government and instructions given by leaders of the Bureau, in order to further push fulfillment of its responsibility for safety supervision, the Bureau developed the work plan “4-no 2-directly” for inspection and supervision of safety production.

    The inspection and supervision should be carried out in the form “4-no 2-directly” (i.e. no advance notice to units to be inspected, no disclosure of specific scheduling, no listening work reports, no escort, directly go to the basic level, directly go to the sites). The areas vulnerable to illegal mining and mine enterprises should be subject to surprise inspections and casual inspections. The branches should carefully put the notice into practice based on actual conditions.
