On October 11, as per the municipal leaders’ written instructions on Report about the Implementation and Proposals on Next-step Work of Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation among Beijing-based Central Enterprise’ and the requirements on the letter of notice issued by the Liaison Service Office of People’s Government of Beijing Municipality (hereinafter referred to as “Liaison Office of Beijing Municipality”), the Major Projects Construction Headquarters Office (hereinafter referred to as the Office) of the Municipal Bureau and Liaison Office of Beijing Municipality hosted a symposium on the implementation of “Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation among Beijing-based Central Enterprises”. Principals of Division of Utilization for Member Units of the Office, Division of Cultivated Land Protection, Beijing Land Utilization Affairs Center, and Beijing Land Consolidation and Reserve Center as well as six central enterprises including China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation,China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC), State Grid Corporation of China, COFCO, and China Hi-tech Group Corporation attended the meeting.
At the meeting, progresses related to the Aisino industrial park, Changyang aerospace industrial park, medium-and long-term development of Changan Automobile (Beijing), primary land development at Sihuiqiao, China Beijing Eco-valley Project, and National Creative Cluster were reported; and the issues that are faced by the projects and related to land and resources were discussed and explained; it was further emphasized that the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s lecture during his visit in Beijing should be applied to the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei and the projects must adhere to the principle of economical and intensive land development and preparing water-based plans on city, population, land development, and production; on the basis, previous preparation should be made actively and well to complete the projects as soon as possible.
