On February 12, a bargain was made for the two parcels at 2#, Xiagezhuang New City, Pinggu District, in the land market of Beijing. The total land area and the building area involved are c. 18.76 ha. and 124,700m2, respectively.
To vigorously support development of the elderly care service in Beijing, profit-making organizational elderly care facilities supported by social capital are planned in both the two parcels, covering an area about 6.41 ha. (building area: c. 76,900m2). The two parcels are located in the southeast of Pinggu District and near Jingping Expressway to the north, and borders Central Greening Park (Xiagezhuang Town) to the west, accessible and scenic. They are the largest land for organizational elderly care in Beijing. Upon its bargain, in 2015, bargains have been made for 120,000m2 land for elderly care in the city.
Besides, on the same day, bargains were made for another two parcels (F2-01, Banqiao Village, Zhaoquanying Town, Shunyi District (multifunctional land under the category “others”) + SY00-0026-6001 & SY00-0026-6003, St. 26, Shunyi New City (land for commerce and finance, multifunctional land under the category “others”)). The land area and the building area involved are c. 18.12 ha. and 241,300m2, respectively.
