On July 7, DX08-0002-0301  F1 Land for mixture of residence and public facility of Yinghai Township of Daxing District was traded on Beijing land transaction market. With a land area of around 6.1 hectares and a total construction area of around 152,800 square meters, this land was eventually acquired both by Beijing Longfor Zhongbai Properties Co., Ltd. and Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd. after a few rounds of actions.
