On July 10, 2015, Assistant Inspector Zhou Xufeng led Mineral Resources Development Department and Shunyi Sub-bureau to form an inspection team which carried out work safety inspections for Beijing Zhejun Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yulin Lime Factory in Shunyi District by “four-without and two-direct” method (without notice, without notification, without listening to the report, without accompanying and reception, directly conduct on the grass-roots level and directly go to the site). Without advance notice, the inspection team directly went to the mining site for inspection. Zhou Xufeng required that Mine enterprises should certainly conduct the work safety well, carefully check and thoroughly eliminate potential safety hazards, and practically conduct preventions for sudden geological disaster in flood season. Meanwhile, mine enterprises shall largely protect the environment and actively govern mine environment. Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and its sub-bureaus shall strengthen the supervision, leaving no weakness.
