To implement the instruction of municipal leaders that the land use procedures for project land use of Tongzhou cultural tourism zone project shall be completed before the end of this year, concerned departments of municipal and Tongzhou branch held a meeting for promotion of procedures for project land use of Tongzhou cultural tourism zone project on December 7.

At the meeting, land ownership category, cultivated land requisition-compensation balance, land prequalification, etc. involved in land requisition procedures of Tongzhou cultural tourism zone project were studied, with solutions to these problems raised, which had specified the policy standard and report time limit and created conditions for timely completion of land use procedures.
