Recently, Chaoyang branch organized 32 units that hold geotherm mining rights within the jurisdiction to develop professional knowledge training, during which the units relearned and re-digested the Administrative Measures of Beijing Municipal Geotherm Resources. Chaoyang branch demanded that participating units understood the spirit of the document thoroughly and strictly managed geotherm well according to the measures. Meanwhile, the participating units shall report the annual inspection of geotherm mining rights in 2014. Units that have failed to pass the annual inspection after reapplication shall check the leakage and fill the vacancy in the annual inspection of 2015 to ensure the success of annual inspection. The geotherm department of municipal bureau introduced the geotherm resource management status in the whole city and Chaoyang district and key point work that will be developed at the next step to participating units, mainly including annual report and annual inspection of geotherm mining right, collection of geotherm mine charge, continuation or cancellation of geotherm mining right, plugging of idle geotherm wells, instrument installation requirements for un-installation of remote measuring facilities, etc.. Participating units expressed that they have learned the service spirit of municipal bureau and Chaoyang branch, and comprehended responsibilities of units using geotherm, especially more in-depth understanding of geotherm mining right business, which is in much favor of the future work development. At the next step, the units will actively manage their own geotherm wells well according to requirements of municipal bureau and Chaoyang branch.
