In August 2015, with great concerns from leaders of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and joint effects made by all staff of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, our Major Affairs Office organized setup and systematic upgrading of major project management platform based on our comprehensive supervisory platform to provide a strong work support for Major Project Service Coordination & Supervision Office.

I. Detailed top-level design. To complete online reporting of major project on time with quality & quantity assured, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources has specially established three-level communication network (responsible person –contact person – reporter), and set corresponding Yidiantong and Wechat groups covering 141 persons from various divisions and all district-level and county-level bureaus during major project approval.

II. Definite reporting mechanism. Make major project reporting updating mechanism clear, distribute online reporting requirements officially to various divisions, update once per month or half a month, and require various branches to conduct whole-process tracking coordination for their own scope of jurisdiction. The Major Project Office of the Bureau shall extract data, and make reports and submit them timely to the leaders of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and municipal governmental authorities.

III. Constant updating and competing. Find loopholes and shortcomings of system construction constantly by updating reported feedback results, complete & optimize them and do well in saving human resources as much as possible, and improve operation efficiency.

By the end of December, this system has stored 356 projects and updated 958 project records with 270,000 words. Meanwhile, it has completed tracking of 235 key projects of Beijing Municipal Government in 2015 and various major supervision & inspection projects, with remarkable achievements made. The online system management has made dynamic updating of major projects possible, and working requirements of assigning responsibilities to specific person, concern at any time and issue tracking met, and has greatly improved administration efficiency and management quality.
