In recent years, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, closely centered at four service requirements raised by central government against Beijing, has adhered to the spirit of strengthening the overall awareness, deepened the understanding, paid much attention, and taken concrete and effective measures to proceed with work improving the system, realizing system linkage and active coordination and enhancing the service, insisted on law-based administration of government and accomplished reform and innovation, and actively promoted the operation of South-to-North Water Diversion Work and other key projects, so as to relieve non-capital function of Beijing. During this period, Zhu Yiming from our Planning Office, Sun Yiming from Control and Monitoring Office and Qiao Yun from Planning Center provided active services and promoted the operation of construction works of South-to-North Water Project, and therefore they were awarded the honorary title of “Beijing Municipal Advanced Individual during Work of South-to-North Water Diversion” that is jointly recognized by Construction Office of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, Human Resources Ministry and Social Security Bureau.

All staffs of our bureau will make persistent efforts in the future based on their own work, take advanced models as example, continue to protect and speed up the promotion of all key projects of Beijing city in an orderly manner.
