On February 23, the deal of DX00-0208-6001 Lot and other lots of Sijie, Wujie and Liujie Village Projects of Huangcun Town, Daxing District was concluded in the land transaction market of Beijing City, covering a land area of about 4.52 hectares and the construction scale is about 120,600 m2.
This land parcel is located between South 5th Ring Road and South 6th Ring Road, adjacent to Beijing-Kaifeng Highway in the west and near Qingyuanlu Station of Metro Daxing Line, where boasts convenient transportation and favorable geographical position, is surrounded by a plurality of mature residential community and meanwhile is equipped with perfect supporting infrastructures. Meanwhile, this parcel is located within planning area of new town of Daxing District. Daxing District is considered as new city of urban development and one of the key areas in Beijing for undertaking the functions of the central city, easing the population pressure and realizing regional cooperative development. Being confident of the prospect of the development of this region, a number of companies were attracted to participate in bidding of the Project. After many rounds of bidding, the Project was awarded to the consortium of Beijing Greenland Jingcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Beijing Greenland Jinghua Real Estate Co., Ltd. It offered additional owner-occupied housing of 15,000 m2 for Beijing by means of competitive building.
In addition, there is another land deal concluded on the same day, which is related to multifunctional DX00-0502-0013 Lot of Beizang Village Biomedical Base in Daxing District. It covers a land area of about 4.79 hectares, and the construction scale is about 143,800m2.
