By the end of February, about 43 hectares of profit-oriented land has been transacted in the land market of our city in 2016, with architectural scale of about one million m2, security housing of about 120,000 m2 and owner-occupied commercial buildings of 15,000m2, at total price of about 22.1 billion yuan.
While smoothly and orderly promoting the supply of profit-oriented land, our city also future optimizes regional distribution structure of land supply according to the strategy deployment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and dispersal of non-capital function. By the end of February, as the key regions to undertake population distribution and dispersal of suitable functions of central urban area, Shunyi, Daxing, Mentougou and other new cities totally had totally transacted about 35 hectares of profit-oriented land, accounting for 81% of the profit-oriented land transacted in our city.
