In the first quarter of 2016, 12 land plots with about 65 hectares has been transacted in the land market of our city in 2016, covering a total turnover of about 22.8 billion yuan. Among them, eight land plots are profit-oriented land, with an area of 46 hectares and construction scale of about 1.07 million square meters, which will include a construction scale of about 190,000 square meters for government subsidized housing and 15,000 square meters for private housing
To smoothly promote the supply of profit-oriented land at the same time, our city has further optimized the regional distribution structure of land supply in accordance with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei strategic deployment of joint development and easing non-capital functions. As of the first quarter, as the key areas to undertake the population of the central city and ease appropriate functions, Shunyi, Daxing, Mentougou and other new cities have concluded a total profit-oriented land area of about 38 hectares, accounting for 83% of our city's profit-oriented land area traded.
Next, our bureau will use reasonable land supply ways to guarantee people's livelihood housing land supply, and improve the proportion of small and medium-sized ordinary commercial housing among the residential land.
