Enlarge the Supply of Medium and Small-sized Commercial Housing and Promote the Development of New City----Three Transactions of Profit-oriented Land in Changping New City and Daxing New City_News

On May 5, two F1 residential mixed public construction land plots in Nanshao Town of Changping District were transacted in our city transaction land market, covering the total area of about 17.31 hectares and the total size of construction of about 346,200 square meters. Ultimately, they were obtained by Mingjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. of Beijing Merchants Bureau by biddings on the scene.

Two land plots that pioneered in 90 and 70 residential projects policy were supplied as the implementation of the central government’s policy that small-sized commercial housing land should be added. The plots of land are located in New City East District of Changping, bordered Baifuquan Park in the west, near Nanshao station of Changping subway line in the east. Transfer files requires that the remaining residential medium-sized housing whose floorage is under 90 square meters should account for more than 70% in addition to the requirements of the construction of affordable housing. Because of good location, two land plots attracted many enterprises to participate in bidding, and increased 114,700 square meters in public rental housing by means of auxiliary construction and bidding construction for the city. In addition, New City East District in Changping is the key area of the future development of Changping New City. On the two plots, which are seen as the culture and creative pioneering blocks in New City East District in Changping, many projects will be planned and constructed, including culture and art education facilities of 32,500 square meters, culture and art display facilities of 24,000 square meters and culture and art and its auxiliary buildings of 15,200 square meters in order to realize culture exhibition and artistic, cultural and educational functions.

Another land plot DX00-0202-0307, which belongs to XingHua Street, HuangCun Town, Daxing District, was also transacted on that day. Located in Daxing new town center area and adjacent to Qingyuan Road station of the MTR 4th line, it was planned for B4 comprehensive commercial financial services, bid successfully by Beijing Zhongrui Kaihua Investment Management Co., Ltd.
