On Oct. 9, the R2 Type II Residential Land at Lot X84R3, Block II-6, Beijing Economic & Technological Development Zone was concluded at Beijing Land Market. This parcel of land locates within Yizhuang New Town, with a land area of about 5.07 hectares and building scale of about 101,300 m2, it has been acquired through bidding by Beijing Boda Xinyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.with an amount of RMB2.11 billion.
According to listing documents, the building scale for residential purpose on the parcel in this transfer will be totally used for constructing self-occupied commodity housing (area of largest suite is 90 m2), limited selling price is RMB23,000/m2 (including full decoration costs). Upon construction, this project will further make up the shortage of residential demand of medium-end talents in the Economic and Technological Zone, solving the balance issue of post and residence within the Zone.
In line with requirements of Several Measures on Promoting Stable and Sound Development of Real Estate Market in Beijing (J. Z. B. F. [2016] No. 46) as published by this city on Sept. 30, this Commission will be active in coordination and dispatch, and will arrange a batch of land for self-occupied commodity housing enter the market for transaction within this year.
