To implement relevant requirements stated in the Opinion on Accelerating the Development of Prefabricated Building (JZBF (2017) No. 8) issued by the General Office of the Municipal Government and to accelerate the development of prefabricated building in our city, the transaction documents for land transferred by bidding, auction and listing should be added with the clause of "should strictly enforce the relevant regulations of Opinion on Accelerating the Development of Prefabricated Building (JZBF (2017) No. 8) since March 15 that, in Chengliu District and Tongzhou District, commercial housing development projects with building area of 50,000 square meters and above should apply prefabricated building; and in other areas, commercial housing development projects with building area of 100,000 square meters and above should apply prefabricated building.
