On March 22, the land transaction market of our city released a notice on the transfer of three land plots for owner-occupied commercial housing located in Chaoyang, Daxing and Mentougou, involving a land area of about 15 hectares and building area of about 290,000 square meters.

Among them, the land plot 1208-605 located at Taying Village, Guanzhuang Town, Chaoyang District covers residential building area of about 70,000 square meters, which will all be used for constructing owner-occupied commercial housing, with sales price limited to 29,000 yuan / square meter (including full-decoration costs); the land plot YZ00-0803-0603 located at Group C4, Yinghai Town, Daxing District covers residential building area of about 100,000 square meters, which will all be used for constructing owner-occupied commercial housing, with sales price limited to 29,000 yuan / square meter (including full-decoration costs); the land plot MC00-0015-0043 located at Yongding Town, Mentougou District covers residential building area of about 60,000 square meters, which will all be used for constructing owner-occupied commercial housing, with sales price limited to 23,000 yuan / square meter (including full-decoration costs). Upon the completion, the above three projects will provide about 230,000 square meters of owner-occupied commercial housing for our city.

Up to now, our city has launched about 34 hectares of land for owner-occupied commercial housing, which can construct owner-occupied commercial housing of about 540,000 square meters, completed 41% of the annual land supply plan of owner-occupied commercial housing, and it is 1.9 times of the actual annual owner-occupied commercial housing supply of 2016.
