In order to implement the spirits of the Notice of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the State Administration of Work Safety and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety on Special Check and Treatment of Mining Crossing the Seam and Overstepping the Boundary of Coal Mines (GTZF〔2017〕No.21), on April 27, Chen Yixin, member of the Commission, organized the work conference of our city for special treatment of mining crossing the seam and overstepping the boundary in Jingmei Group, in which Jingmei Group reported its efforts in check, correction and rectification in the field, and Beijing Tiandi Hongtu Mapping Co., Ltd. made the report on the scheme for further examination of the campaign. After hearing the work reports, Chen Yixin emphasized the following measures for really implementing the special check and improvement and producing effect: 1. Enhancing organization and leadership and strengthening implementation of relevant works; 2. Intensifying inter-department cooperation and close coordination; 3. Making concerted efforts and establishing long-term mechanism.

Leaders from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning and Land and Resources Management, the Beijing Administration of Work Safety, Beijing Administration of Coal Mine Safety, the Mentougou Branch and the Fangshan Branch of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, and Jingmei Group attended the conference.
