Yang Yang currently serves as Executive Deputy Director (Deputy Bureau Level, on a one-year probation) of the Capital Planning and Construction Committee Office.

She oversees the Office’s Government Function Planning Division, the Military Project Coordination Division, and Planning Implementation Division I.

Yang is also responsible for liaison with the Commission’s Xicheng and Haidian branches.
