Sun Longguang is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources and Deputy Director General of the Commission (on probation for one year).

He is in charge of the Natural Resources Surveying and Monitoring Division, Natural Resources Protection Division, the Specialized Management Coordination Division, and the Law Enforcement Squad of the Commission.

Sun works in liaison with the Commission’s Huairou Branch and Miyun Branch.
